Columba Park has submitted an outline planning application to Chelmsford City Council for up to 50,000sqm of employment floor space which could include office; research and development; general industry; and storage and distribution on land to the south east of Junction 18, A12, Chelmsford.

This is a draft allocation in the emerging Chelmsford City Council Local Plan and is a separate independent proposal to Hammonds Farm.

The purpose of this website is to provide information about the proposed scheme. We are inviting local residents and stakeholders to comment on how the scheme should be shaped, via the website, as the planning process progresses.
