Columba Park has submitted an outline planning application to Chelmsford City Council for up to 50,000sqm of employment floor space which could include office; research and development; general industry; and storage and distribution on land to the south east of Junction 18, A12, Chelmsford.
This is a draft allocation in the emerging Chelmsford City Council Local Plan and is a separate independent proposal to Hammonds Farm.
